We will email you when we receive your bids and whenever you've been outbid. If you win, we’ll notify you of your winning bids after the auction ends.

Please be sure to register with a valid email address and to check your email frequently during an auction to make sure you receive all relevant updates.

To keep track of your bids:

  • Log in to your account. 
  • Click on 'Account' on the upper-right corner and then select 'Account' on the drop-down menu. 
  • Then click on the 'Bids' tab to see all your active bids. To see your bidding history for auctions that have already ended, click on 'Previous Bids'.
